About Fairfields Teaching School Alliance
Teaching Schools were introduced by the government to enhance school improvement. As an outstanding school, Fairfields School was designated in 2012 by the National College for Teaching and Leadership. Our alliance comprises over 40 primary, secondary and special schools across Northamptonshire, committed to working in partnership to improve teaching and learning and provide the best outcomes for pupils.
We provide high quality training and support to schools across the county. We encourage our partner schools to share best practice, learn from each other and become contributors to the alliance. All member schools benefit from professional development for staff and effective support to improve learning outcomes. We strive to fully support our schools to become outstanding.
