Time and workload management - School Leaders & Governors CANCELLED
Half attitude, half skill, time and workload management is and essential contributor to teacher performance and, therefore, success in the classroom. Focusing just as much upon "energy in" as "energy out", this workshop challenges some received thinking about how best to "keep on top of things". There will be lots of discussion and sharing of strategies, alongside some straight-talking "do's and don'ts".
Facilitator: Michael Thompson
