Engagement Model

From September 2021, The Engagement Model will replace P Scales 1-4 as the new assessment framework for all pupils working below the Pre Key Stage Standards.

To support schools in their understanding and implementation of The Engagement Model we are running free training which takes place over 3 x 2 hour sessions, delivered by locally trained experienced leaders.

Wednesday, 17th March 2021 9:30-11:30

Wednesday, 24th March 2021 9:30-11:30 

Wednesday, 14th April 2021 9:30-11:30 

All sessions need to be attended and will cover the following topics:

• Understanding the Engagement Model, knowing who it is for, observing engagement
• Linking the Engagement Model to the EHCP process
• Reporting progress and understanding the statutory requirements

The sessions will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams
